Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious recent graduates to join our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in Cape Town. The role is remote but based in our Cape Town hub, supporting SATIGO’s digital talent and Statement of Work solutions for the UK public sector. You will be on the front line, contacting senior decision‑makers and opening doors to high‑value accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to a targeted prospect list.
• Follow each conversation with structured email outreach.
• Pitch Statement of Work delivery services and permanent recruitment solutions using a proven script and playbook.
• Book qualified meetings for senior consultants.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Learn to engage senior stakeholders across the UK market.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑stage professional.
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic and resilience for a high‑call environment.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in sales.
• Coach‑able and able to follow a structured process.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
