About the role
PwC is looking for a diligent, resilient and organised Graduate Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our Assurance and Consulting graduate programmes. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience that attracts top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Screen, select and qualify graduate candidates to create shortlists.
- Schedule and conduct interviews and coordinate assessment centres.
- Manage assessment feedback sessions and maintain communication with hiring managers.
- Oversee graduate initiatives and student engagement activities.
- Handle high volumes of applications while ensuring quality and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1‑2 years of experience in graduate recruitment or early‑talent roles.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated capacity to handle high‑volume recruitment processes.
