Graduate Programme – Operations (Durban)

About the role

Momentum Distribution Services (MDS) is launching a 12‑month Graduate Programme for its Operations team in Durban. The role offers practical experience across financial services, sales, client engagement and business operations, working closely with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) to support product distribution and sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Independent Financial Advisers.
• Support marketing and sales activities for risk, savings, health and employee benefit products.
• Utilise product and market intelligence to assist client service improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify personal development needs.
• Participate in training and development activities while meeting deadlines and adhering to procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum BCom degree with a specialisation in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Finance or Legal.
• No prior industry experience required.
• Strong digital, communication and writing skills.
• Ability to plan, organise and follow procedures.
• Interest in financial services and customer engagement.
