About the role

Capitec’s Graduate Programme 2027 is a fast‑track entry route into the banking industry. Graduates will work on real projects from day one, taking ownership and contributing to business outcomes across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and mentorship programmes.
• Rotate through different business areas to gain broad exposure.
• Engage with real business challenges and contribute to client‑first solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks and decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Maximum two years of prior corporate work experience.
• Completed B‑degree (NQF 7) or equivalent within the last three years, with at least 60 % overall average.
• South African citizenship with a 13‑digit ID.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Willingness to relocate to Stellenbosch, Century City or Sandton.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
