About the role
Access Bank is offering a graduate internship for recent African university graduates who are eager to start a career in banking. The programme provides on‑the‑job training and exposure to various banking functions, helping interns develop strong customer service and people‑management capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily banking operations and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to learn banking products and services.
- Collaborate with team members on projects that enhance customer experience.
- Assist in data entry and basic administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Recent university graduate with a minimum second‑class lower degree from a recognised university.
- Strong academic record and high motivation to pursue a banking career.
- Enthusiastic about working with people and delivering excellent service.
