Graduate Fund Accountant – Fund Services

About the role

This is a great opportunity to support a global fund service offering. The role provides exposure to a diverse range of fund types, clients and global markets while working in a close‑knit, dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily asset price movements, foreign exchange rates and trial balance, investigating any exceptions.
• Calculate daily NAVs using the Eagle fund accounting system.
• Perform cash, custody and income reconciliations with the Fund Recs tool and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments and security transactions on custody systems and capture trades in the accounting system.
• Distribute daily and monthly NAV prices to vendors and prepare monthly trustee reports.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, including Central Bank returns, and produce ad‑hoc client reports.
• Support the preparation of annual and interim financial statements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Relevant knowledge of fund services or asset‑management administration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with fund accounting platforms, especially Eagle fund accounting system.
• Use of Fund Recs reconciliation tool.
• General accounting software competence.
