Graduate Frontend Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Frontend Developer to join Braun Management’s remote team and support a project for a leading South African financial services provider. The role bridges consulting insights with interactive web tools, enabling clients to explore complex governance and operational data through intuitive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, functional user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Translate structural diagrams and organizational data into clear, interactive web components.
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure data visualisations accurately reflect client decision‑rights and accountability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and produce thorough documentation for each feature.
• Participate in peer reviews and maintain high quality standards.
• Test across browsers and devices, resolving frontend issues.
• Maintain internal styling libraries for visual consistency.
• Contribute to technical discussions on presenting evidence‑backed results.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, typically from a recent degree or personal projects.
• Basic familiarity with React or a similar component‑based library.
• Preference for clear, simple user interfaces over flashy designs.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in visualising complex business systems.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Self‑managed, able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to receive direct feedback.
