Key responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across various business units.
• Support operational, analytical and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver business‑critical projects.
• Contribute to data‑driven decision making and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, AI & Data Science, Engineering or General Management.
• Valid South African driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Clear criminal record and willingness to travel for rotations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership potential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
