About the role

Our client seeks a young, vibrant and energetic graduate with a BEng in Industrial Engineering to join a supply chain business environment. The role provides hands‑on training and exposure to develop skills for future specialist or management positions.

Key responsibilities

Prepare reports, identify improvement areas and support project delivery.
Conduct ad‑hoc analysis, respond to queries and provide business support.
Interact with operations personnel, contact‑centre staff, clients and third‑party logistics providers.
Support the Supply Chain Solutions Team with data analysis, simulation and what‑if transport modelling.
Implement process changes, create process maps and build presentations.

Required profile

BEng in Industrial Engineering.
0–3 years of supply‑chain consulting or related experience.
South African citizenship with strong academic results.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills.
