Government Sales Associate

About the role

Capital Growth is expanding its Government Division and seeks energetic sales professionals to promote authorized financial services products to government employees in the PERSAL market. The role involves building relationships with government departments, delivering presentations, and driving sales across an allocated territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct presentations and engage with government employees.
• Promote and sell financial products to PERSAL government workers.
• Build and maintain relationships within government departments.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
• Travel to government institutions across the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Based in Cape Town and willing to travel.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in financial services or the government sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven with a strong passion for sales.
