About the role
Boldrimpact seeks a Director of Global Employment to lead and expand the Global Employment business, acting as a strategic partner to client executives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Global Employment business.
- Serve as a strategic partner to client executives.
- Oversee P&L responsibilities and operational delivery.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally across the organization.
Required profile
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Employer of Record (EoR) services.
- Exceptional communication and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and business growth.
