German-Speaking Inbound Customer Service Consultant (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a native German speaker residing in South Africa to manage the administration of safaris for our German‑speaking clientele. The role combines customer service, travel documentation and supplier coordination, all performed remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed pre‑travel itineraries, flight and vehicle arrangements, and supplier contacts for bespoke safaris.
- Produce accurate travel documents, invoices and post‑travel follow‑up for guests.
- Liaise with guests, suppliers and internal sales consultants to ensure seamless trip execution.
Required profile
- Native German speaker with fluent English.
- Residency or work permit for South Africa and ability to work from home.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
What we offer
- Above‑market remuneration (R20,800 – R27,500 per month).
- 100 % remote work from a home office.
