German Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking professional to join our premier online retail division in Umhlanga. As the primary point of contact for German‑language customers, you will ensure a seamless, world‑class experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex inquiries via phone, email and live chat covering logistics, shipping and digital payments.
• Resolve service disruptions on first contact to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with retail trends and platform updates to provide data‑backed advice.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system to optimise the customer journey.
• Represent the brand professionally, maintaining an elite and friendly tone in every interaction.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Matric/Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, retail or business services is advantageous.
• High comfort operating multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Strong emotional intelligence and active listening abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
