About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Appointment Setter to join our remote team. You will focus on outbound outreach to local business owners, generating interest in advertising opportunities and securing qualified meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to local businesses during designated EST windows.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Systematically work through lead lists to maximize contact rates.
• Build rapport with decision‑makers and handle objections professionally.
• Track call outcomes and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Collaborate with clients to refine target lists and messaging.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, relatable phone presence.
• Proven B2B sales or appointment‑setting experience with measurable results.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build trust quickly.
• Assertive yet composed when navigating gatekeepers and objections.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and stay organized.
