About the role
We are looking for a dedicated field worker and driver to support agronomists on farms around the Western Cape. The role combines field trial assistance with driving and warehouse duties.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with general work in conducting field trials.
- Load and unload vehicles.
- Perform local deliveries in and around Cape Town.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and upkeep of premises.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Clean criminal record.
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 10/C1 preferred) and clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and lifting.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively in a team.
- Good time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent.
- Ability to interact positively with clients and co‑workers.
- Own transport to and from work.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and be a valued team member.
