General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will lead the overall performance of assigned properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial results, and alignment with corporate objectives. This senior role combines operational oversight, stakeholder management, and strategic financial control to drive profitable and efficient property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for property owners, delivering clear communication and regular reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with building management, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Oversee the full guest lifecycle, from arrival to departure, ensuring high standards in housekeeping, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Manage online reputation, respond to guest feedback, and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and drive continuous operational improvements.
• Develop and control budgets, monitor revenue performance, and identify cash‑flow enhancement opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reports, including payroll and month‑end reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording of owner‑related charges and compliance with guest registration requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or hospitality management with a track record of meeting financial and guest‑satisfaction KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with owners and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead on‑site teams, drive operational excellence, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills for budgeting, revenue monitoring, and financial reporting.
