Fun Fanatic – Entertainment Coordinator

About the role

The Kingdom Resort is seeking an energetic Fun Fanatic to design, promote and deliver a wide range of entertainment experiences for children, families and adult guests. You will be the face of the resort’s leisure programme, ensuring memorable moments while upholding the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and facilitate children’s, adult and family games, activities and events.
• Act as MC for resort functions and manage guest enquiries about promotions, events and facilities.
• Record and communicate guest feedback, complaints and follow‑up actions.
• Maintain entertainment equipment, hygiene, safety and security standards.
• Upsell resort services and promote the brand to schools, charities and community groups.
• Lead social‑responsibility initiatives and support the Resort Manager with promotional activities.
• Ensure a visible, friendly presence for guests and staff at all times.

Required profile

• Experience in theme parks, cruise liners, children’s camps or hotel/resort entertainment.
• Strong public‑speaking ability and comfort working with diverse, multicultural audiences.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak seasons.
• High energy, patience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
