Full-Stack Web Developer (UK hours)

About the role

Our client, a UK‑based agency, is seeking a proactive Full‑Stack Web Developer to take full ownership of their portfolio of client websites. You will be responsible for development, hosting, maintenance and support, working across both agency‑built and client‑owned sites while continuously improving processes and delivery speed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of all client websites, from development to hosting and ongoing maintenance.
• Build and maintain sites on Webflow, WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Respond rapidly to downtime, technical issues and support requests.
• Optimise performance, security and user experience of each site.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high‑converting landing pages.
• Research, recommend and implement new tools, plugins and AI‑driven solutions to enhance delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong front‑end and back‑end capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Passion for emerging technologies, plugins and AI tools.
