About the role

Join Sidekwest as a Full Stack Software Consultant, working within a small, dedicated team to design and deliver scalable web applications for startups and established businesses. You will help clients achieve product‑market fit and drive digital transformation through automation and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement full‑stack web applications with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while maintaining code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to meet client requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge to foster continuous learning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improve project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with client‑facing project delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a creative, innovative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
