Full-Stack Developer (Remote) – JavaScript/TypeScript

About the role

We are seeking a remote Full-Stack Developer proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript to design, develop, and maintain code that trains and optimizes AI models. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with a global leader in AI technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high‑quality code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong reasoning and technical expertise.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong background with Node.js for backend services.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
