Full-Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We’re looking for a Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles – from client and stakeholder management through to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement. This is an individual‑contributor position, fully remote, where you will take real ownership of the searches and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end, from kickoff calls and role scoping to sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the search.
• Lead kickoff calls to align on role requirements, hiring criteria, process and timelines.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using traditional recruiting methods and AI‑enabled tools.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, keep clients and candidates informed, and negotiate offers through to signed contracts.
• Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records in the ATS and other recruitment systems.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally full‑cycle/full‑desk recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience managing the entire recruitment process from client kickoff to offer and placement.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing, screening and other workflow steps.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills with both clients and candidates.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
