Frontend Developer Internship (Remote)

About the role

Join Braun Management as a Frontend Developer Intern and help build the digital tools that power our consulting engagements. Working fully remotely, you will translate design concepts into functional web interfaces that make complex organizational data clear and actionable for executive clients.

Key responsibilities

• Convert layout prototypes and design specifications into clean, standards‑compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Maintain and enhance existing internal web applications used for organizational analysis.
• Document frontend components and styling guidelines in collaboration with senior developers.
• Perform cross‑browser testing to ensure a stable user experience.
• Refine user interfaces to improve the presentation of complex decision‑making data.
• Participate in peer code reviews and learn professional coding standards.
• Assist in turning static evidence reports into interactive web‑based tools for client workshops.
• Work closely with the data team to ensure accurate and intuitive data visualizations.

Required profile

• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, gained through academic projects or self‑study.
• Strong interest in visualising complex business systems.
• Attention to detail in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Clear written communication of technical ideas.
• Familiarity with a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
• Self‑directed, able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
