Frontend Developer – Angular (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front‑End Developer with strong Angular expertise to join a leading financial services organisation on a six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role involves building secure, scalable, and high‑performance enterprise digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade Angular applications.
• Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable front‑end components.
• Develop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Integrate front‑end applications with RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and maintainable code.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging front‑end technologies and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of commercial Angular development.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly advantageous.
