Front Office Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team at Premier Hotel Pretoria. The successful candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences while overseeing daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, including reception, concierge and reservations.
• Manage guest inquiries, complaints and special requests with professionalism.
• Ensure efficient check‑in and check‑out processes and accurate room allocations.
• Monitor reservations, occupancy levels and revenue‑maximising strategies.
• Train, motivate and develop Front Office staff to maintain high service standards.
• Implement hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Front Office management within the hospitality sector.
• Hospitality qualification (advantageous).
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Professional, guest‑focused attitude with a hands‑on approach.
