About the role

The Front of House Logistics Manager ensures smooth coordination of all client‑facing and logistical activities, from fleet oversight and courier management to stock control and order scheduling. The role guarantees timely deliveries, well‑maintained vehicles, and efficient interaction between the warehouse, drivers, sales teams, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, allocate, and deliver orders on schedule.
• Oversee warehouse and client deliveries, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
• Manage courier collections and deliveries, monitoring shipment timelines.
• Maintain fleet readiness, including vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and service planning.
• Control stock management, allocation, and accurate issuing of goods.
• Schedule and supervise drivers for daily and event‑related duties.
• Coordinate workflow through WhatsApp groups for deliveries and collections.
• Receive and dispatch goods, confirming stock requests are packed correctly.
