Front Line Manager – Recruitment

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager – Recruitment to lead end‑to‑end recruitment operations. The role will ensure hiring processes are executed efficiently, accurately and in line with company policies and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment operations including requisition management, candidate pipeline tracking, interview coordination and offer processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of hiring processes in alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to meet hiring targets and workforce planning goals.
• Monitor recruitment SLAs, quality metrics and process adherence; implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in recruitment systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Support internal audits and reporting requirements related to recruitment operations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (Bachelors – Commerce/HR or related).
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition or management.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
