About the role
Harmony Gold Mining is seeking experienced operators to join their permanent workforce in Johannesburg. The role involves operating front end loaders, tipper trucks and related heavy equipment on site.
Key responsibilities
- Operate front end loaders, TLBs, LHDs, ADT, excavators, reach trucks and dump trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform pre‑employment medical examinations and any required physical fitness assessments.
Required profile
- South African citizen.
- Minimum Grade 10/12 education.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Valid driver’s licence (Code 10‑14) with a valid PDP.
Required skills
- Operation of front end loaders and tipper trucks.
- Experience with TLB, LHD, ADT, excavator, reach truck and dump truck equipment.
