About the role
We are hiring Fresh Foods Managers for our Durban division. The role oversees profit, standards and product range of deli, bakery and fresh produce across all stores. It also leads staff training, development and new product creation.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for profit for all deli, bakeries and fresh produce in all stores in the division.
- Maintain standards and product range for deli, bakeries and fresh produce across the division.
- Train and develop staff in deli, bakery and fresh produce to achieve profit and standards goals.
- Develop new products for deli, fresh produce and bakery.
Required profile
- Experience in a regional or divisional position overseeing service departments.
- Background in managing deli, bakery or fresh produce within a supermarket group.
