French Speaking Relocation Consultant

About the role

ABC Worldwide is looking for an experienced French‑speaking Relocation Consultant to support international moves, especially to and within Belgium. Based in Cape Town, you will guide clients and their families through every step of the relocation journey, ensuring a smooth transition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end relocation processes for international assignees and their families.
• Provide expert advice on housing, school searches, banking and local registration requirements.
• Coordinate with landlords, real‑estate agents, schools, immigration providers and other service partners.
• Assist clients with practical local guidance to help them settle quickly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all relocation activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Keep detailed client records and prepare relocation reports as needed.

Required profile

• Based in Cape Town, South Africa.
• Minimum 2 years experience supporting relocations to Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
• Knowledge of European relocation and settlement processes.
• Fluent French language skills (advantageous).
• Proven experience in the relocation industry with a strong understanding of international mobility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously with high attention to detail.
