Freelance Sourcing Specialist – Recruiter

About the role

Huzzle is seeking a high‑energy Freelance Sourcing Specialist to join its talent‑acquisition team. You will focus on strategic hunting, building pipelines, and converting passive talent into active candidates for a range of technical and non‑technical positions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to create robust talent pipelines.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, specialised job boards, Google X‑Ray, Boolean search, Pnet and other databases to uncover elite candidates.
• Craft highly personalised outreach messages that achieve strong response rates.
• Screen and qualify candidates for cultural and technical fit before presenting them to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure seamless hand‑off to the hiring team.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and sourcing tools to continuously improve workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer with a focus on proactive, outbound sourcing.
• Successful track record hiring remotely across markets such as South Africa, LATAM, the UK, Europe and the US.
• Experience sourcing GTM roles – SDRs, BDRs, CSMs, Account Managers, Account Executives, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a confident phone presence.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
