Fragrance/Cosmetics Promoter

About the role

The Fragrance/Cosmetics Promoter will build brand awareness and deliver an exceptional client experience to drive sales in high‑traffic retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate product features and provide detailed information to customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process and close deals at cosmetics counters.
• Achieve assigned unit‑sales targets and report performance daily.
• Collect and distribute product samples to create awareness.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with retailer requirements.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Build relationships and offer personalized fragrance recommendations.
• Provide timely feedback on sales‑related issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Submit daily sales reports and visual displays as required.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Previous experience as a promoter or sales associate in a retail environment (advantageous).
• Proven track record of successful promotions and meeting sales targets.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, shifts, and across multiple mall locations.
