FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑savvy finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis function. Reporting to the CFO, you will work across multiple entities, turning complex data into strategic insights that drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles for the entire organization.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models to support commercial and operational decision‑making.
• Deliver detailed variance and profitability analysis, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct financial due diligence on new business opportunities, pricing, cost‑optimisation and margin‑improvement projects.
• Prepare executive‑level management reports, dashboards and performance packs, and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• CIMA qualification preferred (or equivalent professional finance certification).
• Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Track record of working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel for complex data manipulation.
