Foreman (Finishing) – Western Cape

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to lead daily on‑site operations for residential construction projects in the Western Cape. The role involves coordinating labour, subcontractors and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site activities and manage the finishing trades.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Monitor progress against schedules and report to project management.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the worksite.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work complies with construction drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Finishing Foreman.
• Residency in the Western Cape.
• Experience in residential construction, wet trades and finishing.
• Strong leadership and site supervision abilities.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
• Qualifications such as NQF 2, Red Seal Certificate or MBA are advantageous but not mandatory.
