About the role

We are seeking a Food Service Assistant to prepare high‑quality meals, fast foods and sandwiches for our branded outlets. The role involves maintaining strict hygiene standards, supporting stock‑takes and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑level quality meals, fast foods and sandwiches quickly and consistently.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleaning standards throughout the work area.
• Assist with stock‑takes and ensure loss‑prevention guidelines are followed.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships with warm, sincere contact.
• Provide exceptional customer service in line with professional performance standards.
• Adhere to appropriate workplace behaviour and follow any special duties as required.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Previous experience as a food service assistant.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to high hygiene and safety standards.
