Food & Beverage Operations Manager (Pretoria)

About the role

CSG Food & Beverage Division is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee hospitality operations and client requirements in Pretoria.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across client sites.
• Manage and support hospitality staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc staffing requirements to meet client needs.
• Ensure clients receive required staffing levels and maintain service standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and operational compliance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and deployment of hospitality staff.
• Conduct site visits, resolve operational challenges and manage escalations.

Required profile

• 5–10 years’ experience in hospitality or operations management.
• Strong background in restaurant or hotel environments.
• Experience with temporary or ad‑hoc staffing solutions is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage staff and multiple operational requirements.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential).
• Willingness to travel between client sites as required.
