About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the culinary and beverage operations at a boutique lodge in Hoedspruit, ensuring world‑class guest experiences through exceptional service, high standards, and sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations focused on Pan‑African cuisine, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Manage food and beverage stock control, purchasing, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead the Guest Delight Service team, delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Control beverage operations, including menu planning and service standards.
• Develop and implement menus, train staff, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
