FMCG Sales Representative – Garden Route

About the role

An established food business is seeking an experienced FMCG Sales Representative to cover the Garden Route. You will manage an existing B2B customer base, develop new accounts and promote a range of frozen food products across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of B2B customers.
• Conduct regular visits, build long‑term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Prospect new business within the Garden Route territory.
• Present frozen food products, conduct tastings, demonstrations and attend trade‑shows.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activity and opportunities.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely resolution of queries.

Required profile

• 3–5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, foodservice or wholesale.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the Garden Route.
