Flutter Developer (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team in a hybrid arrangement, working two days per week on‑site. You will collaborate closely with the Product team to deliver innovative mobile solutions for the insurance sector, leveraging the latest mobile technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product owners to define and implement mobile features.
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Flutter applications.
- Contribute to complex, business‑critical projects that enhance the insurance customer experience.
- Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprints and code reviews.
Required profile
- Diploma, BSc or related IT degree (essential).
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Background in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services is a plus.
