Floor Supervisor (40hr) - Sportscene

About the role

Sportscene is looking for a Floor Supervisor in Green Acres, Eastern Cape, working a 40-hour week. The role supports the store management team in leading the store team and driving operational excellence through a customer-centred approach.

Key responsibilities

• Support the store management team in providing outstanding leadership to the store team.
• Ensure the team delivers operational excellence with a customer-centred mindset and generates high motivation and commitment.
• Manage merchandise and visual principles and drive performance against store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visuals.
• Manage the sales process and strategic sales planning.
• Deliver customer service according to the customer service strategy and build strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• At least 3 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 1 year in store leadership.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and to work independently with a high sense of urgency.
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
