Floor Supervisor (40hr)

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will support the store management team in delivering outstanding leadership and operational excellence within the JET Rondebult store. You will drive performance, motivate the team and ensure a customer‑centric mindset across all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management in leading the store team and fostering high motivation.
• Allocate time effectively, handle multiple tasks and prioritize priorities.
• Provide input on merchandise and visual presentation principles.
• Drive store performance through KPI targets such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visual standards.
• Execute the customer service strategy to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in strategic sales planning, manage the sales process and customer value management.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• High flexibility, ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational and planning skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
