Floor Supervisor – 40hr – Canal Walk

About the role

Support the store management team in providing outstanding leadership to the store staff, ensuring operational excellence with a customer‑centric mindset. The Floor Supervisor will drive performance through key KPIs, manage merchandise and visual standards, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management in leading the team and delivering operational excellence.
• Ensure execution of a customer‑centric mindset and high motivation within the store.
• Allocate time effectively, handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties.
• Provide input and manage merchandise and visual principles.
• Drive performance through store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts, and visual standards.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising compliance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing the customer service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate (minimum).
• At least 3 years retail experience, including 1 year in store leadership.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to make timely decisions and drive innovation.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions.
