About the role
Jonsson Workwear is looking for an enthusiastic and presentable Floor Customer Advisor to join the Centurion team. You will be the front‑line representative, helping hard‑working customers find the right workwear and delivering a memorable in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate workwear solutions.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards and ensure a tidy, well‑presented sales floor.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers through reliable follow‑up and service.
- Continuously learn product knowledge and assist teammates where needed.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, proactive and able to deliver on promises with urgency.
- Self‑motivated, willing to take on varied tasks across the store.
- Professional appearance that reflects the Jonsson Workwear brand.
