Flight Attendant Position – 2026/27

About the role

Airlink is looking for vibrant, customer‑focused individuals to join its cabin crew as Flight Attendants for the 2026/27 season. In this role you will ensure passenger safety, comfort and satisfaction throughout each flight.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board by following all safety procedures and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs and inquiries throughout the flight.
• Conduct pre‑flight safety checks and deliver safety demonstrations to passengers.
• Attend to passengers’ comfort by serving meals and beverages, distributing reading materials, and assisting with any special requests.
• Collaborate effectively with the flight crew to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
• Handle any in‑flight emergencies or situations calmly and efficiently, following established procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a flight attendant or in a customer‑service‑oriented role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high‑pressure situations.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and quick decision‑making abilities.
• Physical fitness and the ability to assist passengers and lift heavy objects when required.
• Flexibility in work hours and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must meet all requirements set by aviation authorities for flight attendant certification.
