Flexi Store Assistant – Retail (Waterfall Mall)

About the role

We are looking for a flexible Store Assistant to join our Kurt Geiger store at Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. In this role you will deliver world‑class customer service, support sales and help maintain the store’s high standards. The position offers flexible scheduling to match both your lifestyle and the store’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Cash Control & Accuracy – perform cash desk duties, follow daily cash control and banking processes, and handle manual transactions with zero variances.
• Stock Management & Organisation – execute daily stock procedures, assist with customer orders, conduct weekly stock counts, maintain storeroom organisation and perform shoe pairing exercises.
• Customer Service & Sales Support – provide a premium shopping experience with expert product knowledge, build strong customer relationships and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
• Passion for high‑end fashion, footwear and customer engagement.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and peak trading hours.
