About the role

The Fleet Controller/Tracker is responsible for scheduling and overseeing the company's vehicle fleet, coordinating with drivers to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Required profile

Experience as a Fleet Scheduler/Controller, dealing with drivers and overseeing vehicles.
Willingness to work very long hours and be on call 24/7 standby.
Ability to provide good, contactable references.
Confident, meticulous with a strong eye for detail.
Capable of communicating with drivers in a calm and confident manner.
Own transport essential due to shift work.
