Fleet Area Finance Manager – Commercial & Asset Finance

About the role

The Fleet Area Finance Manager will lead the growth of our fleet and commercial finance portfolio in the Woodmead region. You will combine sales, credit analysis and relationship management to deliver tailored asset‑finance solutions to corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealerships and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships to grow market share.
• Structure asset‑finance solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to credit policies.
• Collaborate with internal credit, operations and sales teams to ensure efficient deal execution.
• Support customers throughout onboarding and conduct regular credit facility reviews.
• Provide guidance on financing structures and credit approval processes.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability and portfolio growth, delivering regular business insights.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in asset‑based finance, fleet finance, commercial lending or corporate financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit principles and experience structuring commercial finance transactions.
• Proven ability to build long‑term relationships and generate new business.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
