Financial Services Trainer (Onsite – Cape Town)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Trainer to join its Cape Town team, supporting a client that provides life insurance, pensions, retirement solutions, and investment services. You will deliver engaging training programs to new hires and ongoing development for advisors, ensuring compliance with financial services regulations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new‑hire and continuous training sessions in classroom and virtual formats.
• Provide targeted coaching to improve advisor performance and confidence.
• Assess learner readiness through evaluations, feedback, and structured assessments.
• Continuously update training content to reflect evolving service expectations.
• Partner with Operations and Team Leaders to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
• Promote a culture of service excellence, attention to detail, and personalized customer engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in a Trainer, Learning & Development, or coaching role.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Confidence delivering training on financial services regulations and internal controls.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for developing people and driving performance improvement.
