Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager leads the FP&A function, providing strategic financial insight, forecasting and reporting to support the Group’s objectives. You will partner with senior leaders to drive performance through budgeting, modelling and data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis to influence executive‑level strategic decisions.
• Translate trading and financial data into clear insights, linking operational drivers to performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely, accurate information for decision‑making.
• Own Group management accounting reporting, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Align financial and management reporting to support effective stakeholder decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, advising on financial insights and external communication.
• Manage team workload across monthly, budgeting and forecasting cycles to meet deadlines.
• Design and implement automated financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
