Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner

About the role

The FP&A and Treasury Manager partners with business leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision‑making, ensure liquidity and optimise working capital. This role blends strategic financial planning with operational treasury oversight to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business cases, pricing, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports and present insights to executive management and the board.
• Partner with operational, commercial and support function leaders to improve decision‑making and profitability.
• Manage group cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working‑capital optimisation.
• Maintain dashboards and BI reporting tools, ensuring timely and accurate management information.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, BCom Honours Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A, commercial finance, treasury or business partnering.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and treasury management.
• Demonstrated ability to present financial analysis to senior management and boards.
