About the role

Sanlam Life Ltd is seeking a Financial Planner for its Avion MOB division. The role involves delivering professional financial advice, planning and product solutions to both new and existing clients, while building long‑term relationships that foster brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive financial needs analysis, develop personalised plans and present suitable solutions in line with Treating Customers Fairly principles.
Grow the Sanlam adviser business by meeting revenue targets, activity quotas and promoting the brand.
Network, prospect and generate leads through face‑to‑face interactions, social media and existing client bases.
Maintain ethical, courteous client service and follow‑up on queries to ensure high satisfaction.
Document and report weekly/monthly on contacts, appointments, issued business and client record updates.

Required profile

Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
FAIS "Fit and Proper" requirements met and successful completion of the Regulatory Examination.
Registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for more than 24 months.
